Without you, we will not sell sneakers that allow us to spread awareness, grow sustainability, and improve recycling. 30-Day Return Policy
Where we are confident in our products and your interest, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all merchandise purchased on our home website, with a few manageable rules. To be eligible to make a return for refund or exchange:

  1. You must contact us within 30-DAYS of our ship-out date (date the merchandise exits our warehouse).
  2. The item you are returning must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
  3. The item must come back to us in its ORIGNIAL BOX.
  4. You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION notice to be sent-in with your return.
  5. Returns without prior authorization are subject to refusal or discard without notice.

The point, as you can understand, is to ensure that purchases made on our website are for honest enjoyable customer use, and that purchases are used for this intended purpose.

 

Please Follow these Steps for an Easy Return

  1. Use our CONTACT US email to receive your return authorization from our Customer Support Team that you will receive an email back within 48 hours. Print our authorization email, fill-in the pertinent information, and place it in the box with the item being returned.
  2. Pack the return in its original box with the original inner packaging preferably in place.
  3. Place the original packed box for return in the original outer packaging as received, or use an appropriate outer shipping container. Please do not tape-up the original box to be used as the outer shipping box. Returns received in this manner will be denied.
  4. Use a traceable method to ship the return back to us, at your expense. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for following/handling packages that we do not ship ourselves.

 

Payment/Credit Processing  

  1. Payment will be issued back to you only if all criteria are met upon receipt of the returned item.
  2. Credit will be issued back to the original credit card minus the initial shipping and handling cost.
  3. Please allow for a total 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed for refund or exchange. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when your return has been processed.

 

90-Day Exchange Policy

  1. We will honor exchanges for merchandise returned within 90 days of our ship-out date.
  2. Return payment will be in the form of an online credit at the current selling price.
  3. All rules and procedures must be followed the same as stated in our 30-day return policy. We stress, all merchandise must be returned to us in new and unused condition, received with our original box and internal packaging in good form, and with a return authorization form. 
  4. Our 90-day exchange policy applies to all returned merchandise that is received after 30 days of our ship-out date.
  5. Your online credit will be held in our system for 1-year.
  6. To make a purchase using your credit, please use our CONTACT US email to tell us about your credit purchase. We will arrange the new purchase with you.

 

Defects and Damages

  1. For any purchase found with a defect upon receipt, please use our CONTACT US email to tell us of the defect or damage within three days of your receipt.
  2. We will email you back with a direct contact that we ask you to take three photos, one image showing the delivered packaging, one of the entire item, and one close-up of the defect. Upon receipt of your photos, a return authorization will be issued.
  3. When the returned item is received by the company, it will be carefully inspected by our Quality Assurance Department for an appropriate disposition.
  4. Merchandise damaged as normal wear and tear is at the sole discretion of the company.
  5. Damages not incurred during manufacturing will not be approved for credit or exchange.
  6. Defective returns will only be accepted when due to manufacturer defect.
  7. Merchandise damaged during transit is not considered manufactures defects. Damaged shipping packages should be handled by you direct with the carrier immediately upon receipt.
  8. Any question on this issue, use our CONTACT US email that we will address your concern appropriately.

 

Note: Returns of any kind without our prior return authorization will be refused, discarded, and or can be lost without notice. Where we have no method of keeping track of a return without a return authorization, we cannot be responsible for any such merchandise or credit.
